Biological Sequence Language Models for T and B cell receptors (TCR/BCR)

T and B cell receptors (TCRs/BCRs) are crucial in regulating adaptive immune systems and they are the key components in immune receptor mediated therapies. In this talk, I will talk about our work on TCR/BCR language models and their applications in TCR-epitope binding affinity prediction, TCR clustering, and imputation of missing residues in partial antibody sequences. I will conclude the talk by our latest work in generative models for cognate TCRs for target epitopes using in-context learning.
